Our Customized Commercial Pest Control Process
The nature of your business and the industry in which you operate will determine the requirements for a successful pest management plan. At Eco Pest Control, we do not try to fulfill your company’s needs with an off-the-shelf, one-size-fits-all pest control solution. Instead, we customize a treatment plan for each of our commercial customers with a multi-step, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) process.
Here is our proven 5-step plan
STEP- 1 CONSULTATION
First, we’ll meet with you to listen to your concerns, determine what pest problems you’re having and how those pests are impacting your business. Our goal is to understand your expectations for service.
STEP- 2 INSPECTION
Next, our licensed and experienced pest control technicians will thoroughly inspect your property to see what type of pests are present and how those pests are gaining access to your property.
STEP- 3 PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Once we’ve inspected the property and know what we’re dealing with, we’re able to develop a treatment program that will resolve your current and future pest issues. We will sit down with you to explain our services, discuss frequency, and much more!
STEP- 4 IMPLEMENTATION
Our pest control technicians will get to work implementing the process outlined during the development phase. In addition to applying materials that eliminate and prevent roaches and other pests common to commercial facilities, our technicians may install interior and exterior rodent stations, mechanical rodent controls, and insect light traps (ILT).
STEP- 5 MONITORING
After the initial treatment, our technicians will continue to monitor the success of the program, report our findings to you, and make recommendations for adjustments to the program, if needed. You can use the report for meeting the required documentation of compliance for cleanliness and pest control standards in food services, healthcare, and other industries that require compliance.
